Click hereHow easy is it to assemble a Cart? (Or, as one of our dear customers put it, is it one-swear-word job, a two-swear-word job, or a three-swear-word job?) For the most part they are very easy to assemble. Typically, it takes between 45 minutes and an hour and a half to assemble (depending on size of Cart and accessories you are adding). The instructions are straight forward, easy to read, and we have a great support staff available weekdays between 6am and 6pm PST to offer additional assistance if needed. It is good to remember that the larger Carts are pretty heavy, and the assembly job can be much easier if there are two people working together. Some of the Carts say "bone" color and some accessories are "putty grey". I''m confused. Are those accessories just for the grey Carts? purchase price. We do not want you to have anything from that is not completely satisfactory. Once we receive your order, we should be able to process, manufacture, and ship your order within 2 weeks. You bet we can! Send us your logo (a hard copy or via e-mail or disk) and we''ll put it on your banner. (Click on Artwork Requirements if your going to send your artwork via email or disk.) Absolutely! Our talented art department will provide one hour at no charge to design and set up your project. Additional time is billable at an hourly rate. By and large, the more colors you want to use, the more expensive your banner will be. If you can stick to one or two colors on a white background, your costs can be kept to a minimum. Buying in quantity will also save you money, as can ordering your banners in standard sizes. (Some of our fabrics come in 36" rolls. If you order a 31" wide banner, we have to cut off five inches which takes time and wastes fabric.) As a general rule, it is better to roll your banner up (into a tube) than to fold it into a square, as some materials will keep a crease. Banners made with vinyl graphics should be rolled with the graphics-side out. Not surprisingly, it is not a good idea Why would I use a 35" high Cart? Isn''t that too high for a desk height? And what''s the difference between the 35" high and 28" high Cart--which one makes sense for me? The 35" high Carts are designed so that your main worksurface is placed somewhere around 28" (whatever height is comfortable for you), and then the small shelf goes at 35" and holds your monitor. At that height, the monitor is about eye level so that you are looking straight onto it rather than up or down. Another way a 35" high Cart is often used is if you want the large shelf at one height and then want to add extension tubes to make a tall Cart. By beginning with a 35" high Cart, you won''t need to add as much height with extension tubes, which will save you money! The 28" high Carts are most popular if you want one large worksurface and don''t need anything above that point. ©2003 www.fine-silver-products.com. All rights reserved. |
